Skill Farm Members are inivited to apply for the following role:Roles & Responsibilities:Monitor people participation rates in other countries and report on themRecruit Chalhoub Impact ambassadors in the countriesOrganize humanitarian retail campaigns in storesDevelop yearly CSR calendar in coordination with Head of Sustainable EngagementPropose engaging communication content in coordination with internal/external agencies in order to ensure high participation ratesCoordinate all logistics needed for the successful event implementation while ensuring adherence to allocated budgetLog all participants and generate statistical outputs on participation ratesGenerate detailed event evaluation reports on events outcome (i.e. number of bags collected, number of trees planted, Chalhoub employees engagement rate, etc.)Skills & Qualifications:What you'll need: Have 2+ years' experience delivering end to end projects in the sustainability consulting space with a focus towards the large energy using segments. Knowledge of the key challenges and drivers specifically in the ESG & climate space is essential. Strong track record of delivering high value consulting projects in sustainability & decarbonization. Experience in financial or non-financial data analytics and modelling capabilities.
