Our closed-loop waste collection solution is fully customizable, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.About the job:Dawarha is hiring a Senior product designer to collaborate with product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences.As a Senior UI/UX, you will serve as part of a development team supporting an established project. The ideal candidate is an experienced team player who is passionate about technology and committed to self-development, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills, and experience to solve complex/ real-world problems.ResponsibilitiesGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.Own overall end-to-end user experience - from the big picture (owning the overall user experience and consistency across an entire product) down to specifics of UI layout for a feature or service flowCreate wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team.Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.Envision and develop intuitive, scalable, and engaging interactions and experience designs for multiple platforms (web and mobile)Work with our in-house User Research department to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.Communicate designs – Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and presentations that help the team understand what to build and whyIdentify and evaluate opportunities to improve existing web, apps, mobile and interactive designs.Conduct and provide UX research about useability and functionalityCreate original graphic designs (e.g., icons, characters, vectors, images, sketches, and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagesFrom wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems simply and elegantly while taking care of every small detail.Requirements:BS/MS degree in design or a related field+3 years of proven working experience in the design and user experience fieldUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and measurementsAble to mentor and grow junior UX designersAn appreciation for the iterative nature of the design processAttention to detail and care for producing polished workA great portfolio of work and a track recordLead the design of the complex interface and user interaction layouts and graphics, most of the time balancing multiple online projects efficiently.Help to build digital design competitive analyses and other design deliverables for the discovery and design phases of projects.Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe. cc and InVision)Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skills and creativity
