Role Overview:Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing: Coordinate with creative and production teams dedicated to the project, including original nameplate campaigns. Update plans with feedback from clients. Updates and distributes documents as needed. Develops campaign post-mortem documents by liaising with media, strategy, creative and production. Coordinates and schedules meetings and responsible for weekly status report upkeep Management of projects under their remit: from docket creation, to invoicing to financial reconciliation of mandates Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departmentsWe're ideally seeking:The Successful Applicant An understanding of and the ability to use Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual is an asset; Financial analysis skills; Outstanding team player; Ability to think outside of the box and creatively manage stressful day to day tasks and deadlines.
