Call Off & Supplier Management

Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for candidate who will have the overall responsibility for call off which supposed to handle the call off and scheduling the material arrival and availability from internal and external supplier.

What you will do?

Material Requirements Analysis:

• Resolve material or service requirements according to the SF.
• Ensure that material required are in place and work optimally to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, while optimizing costs
• Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow-up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.
• Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising to meet production requirements and address operational risks.

2. Supplier Coordination and Management:

• Connect with suppliers to initiate the release of goods or services as per established schedules.
• Handling Around 410 suppliers efficiently for timely material arrivals to meet production and sales demand.
• Implement clear communication channels, set performance expectations and regular assess supplier performance to ensure a smooth supply chain.
• Leading 30 Foreign suppliers that require a high interpersonal skills.

Supplier evaluation/ Performance metrics:

• Build a structure evaluation conduct regular performance review related to their reliability to respect the Leadtime and delivery date and indicate supplier risk if needed.
• Develop and supervise key performance indicators (important metrics) related to call-off activities, and supplier qualification.

Agility to recover from any drop and increase demand.

• Implement clear communication channels with supplier to absorb any drop and increase in production plan and avoid any supply hit.

Weekly commitment to production schedule:

• Enforce to production plan, securing material arrivals on needed date.
• Highlight any risk concerning material arrival or material shortage that might hit the production plan.
• Implement a mitigation plan to the risked material.
• Address and resolve any issues related to the call-off process, such as delivery delays or discrepancies.

3. Order Execution:

• Generate and process purchase orders or call-off orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of call-off transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oracle user.

4. Inventory Management:

• Supervise inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Lead inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place.
• Maintain right level of stocks to avoid OOS and over stock.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Find opportunities drive process improvements to improve efficiency to reduce lead times.
• Lead Meeting related to material flow process improvement, to control the material stock view and enhance usage of the system within the process.

6. Collaboration (internal partner/external customer):

• Collaborate with various departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to align call-off activities with overall operational goals.
• Collaborate with all suppliers.

7. Compliance:

• Ensure that all call-off activities implement to company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.

What you bring?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant
• Work Experience: 3-4 years
• Language Knowledge: Arabic/ English
