Business / Dealer Development Specialist (Mercedes-Benz Retailer)✨ 2-5 years of experience.Are you passionate about luxury cars and process development management?German Auto Service, as one of the leading Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealers in Egypt, is looking for a Business/Dealer Development Specialist.The Business/Dealer Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing the Dealer Standards catalog within both service and sales departments. This position involves working closely with all the company departments to ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards and facilitate continuous improvement in service and sales operations.If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and a good understanding of the automotive dealers’ operations, we want to hear from you!Join us and discover a rewarding journey filled with enjoyment, professional growth and personal fulfillment!Attention to DetailExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.Responsibilities—————————Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to distribute and maintain Dealer Standards within service and sales departments.Conduct regular internal audits and assessments of dealership operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz standards.Develop and implement strategies to support dealerships in meeting and exceeding performance targets related to service quality and sales effectiveness.Provide guidance and training to dealership personnel on best practices and processes to enhance service and sales performance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and effectiveness of Dealer Standards implementation.Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, service, and marketing, to align dealership activities with company objectives and initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on dealership performance, compliance status, and improvement initiatives for management review.Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and foster relationships with dealership partners.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.Qualifications————————Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in dealership management, business development, or related roles within the automotive industry.Strong understanding of dealership operations, service standards, and sales processes, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.Ability to analyze data and market research.Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects and priorities.Passionate about the Mercedes-Benz brand and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.Benefits—————• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives• Employee discounts on Mercedes-Benz products and services• Flexible Work Arrangements
