Learning & Development Manager role at Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah, where your knowledge and team leadership will support continued learning, guest satisfaction and Colleague engagement throughout your hotel.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Cluster Director, Talent & Cluture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceFacilitate all Company training programs and ensure standards are followedProvide on-going coaching and guidance for departmental Trainers or department Leaders to ensure consistency of quality trainingEnsure all training material is up to dateCoordinate all training seminarsAct as an internal performance consultant, involved in facilitating departmental meetings, focus groups and team-building activities as requiredPartner with external organizations who provide support for the hotel's learning strategyEnsure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frameCreate and develop training materials and programs to meet the needs of the hotelFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious leadership experience in a related field requiredPrevious Hotel experience preferredExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
