We offer standardized transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a wide range of industries globally.DHL Global Forwarding UAE has an opening for a Sr. Business Development Manager where you will be responsible for the commercial development of IP divisions new and existing businesses in EPC, IOC, O&G, Power & Renewables sectors by cultivating and maintaining long term relationships in order to gain and maximize sales opportunities for the Dubai Hub as well as developing and managing a portfolio of IP specific customers with the objective to secure growth through new client and segment/vertical development across all products of DHL. Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.In this Sr. Business Development Manager position You will be responsible for contributing up to 5 to 7.5% of annual IP P&L Revenue and Gross Profit.You will be responsible for development of new ad hoc and contractual clients in EPC, O&G, Drilling, Power, and Renewables sectors.You will lead as Bid Owner to provide subject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizing with the Global IP network and local pricing to develop best in class Technical & Commercial Solutions design for Tenders.You will lead as business owner in directing and ensuring proper operational handover in the implementation phase to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's)You will support the Commercial manager in the progress of RFQ’s and customer implementations with new and existing customers to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ expectations and operational requirements are achieved.You will take full ownership as primary contact for Escalation management and resolution.You will conduct Monthly Business Review Meetings with clients using company’s formats and data analytical tools or platforms such as DHLi.Now, Here’s What We Need From YouGraduate or master’s degree7 - 10 years’ experience or more in the industryWe offer:Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.Possible further career developmentCompetitive salaryWhy join DHL Global Forwarding?We are part of DHL Group, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.
