Senior leadership opportunity in a private healthcare group Ideal for a commercially oriented CFO with transformation and restructuring experienceA well-established healthcare organisation in the UAE is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance function through a period of operational and financial transformation. The organisation operates a diverse range of healthcare services and is currently focused on driving improvements in performance, systems, and governance. The Role:Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CFO will lead all aspects of financial strategy and operations, including accounting, FP&A, revenue optimisation, and compliance. You will manage a skilled finance team and play a key role in modernising finance systems, enhancing reporting capabilities, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
