Job DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Pega Lead Architect with PCLSA certification to work on key solution designs and solution architecture focused on Digital BankingKey Responsibilities Architect and build full lifecycle Digital Banking solutions on the Pega Platform aligned with enterprise and integration best practices Lead and mentor a team of 5+ Pega developers, driving technical excellence and code reviews Design high-level and detailed technical solution designs (HLDs/LLDs), prototypes, and reusable toolkits Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, technology standards, CI/CD, and governance Collaborate with Architecture, IT, Business, QA, and Security teams to evaluate APIs and integration strategies Guide hands-on integration using SOAP, JMS, REST, Java, JavaScript, Spring, Groovy, ESQL, XML/JSON, YAML, GIT Implement security patterns (WS-Security, JWT, SSL/TLS, message signing) and manage certificate-based authentication Facilitate workshops, DCO sessions, design demos, and drive technical decision-making Lead deployment handoffs, documentation, debugging, performance tuning, and change management Stay current with Pega methodology and digital banking trends, champion tech improvements and reusable frameworksRequired Qualifications Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or equivalent; 6-8+ years in banking/financial sector tech & architecture Minimum 5 years as PCSSA; PCSSA certification required Hands-on experience with WS-Security, JWT, SSL certs, B2B patterns, IPS, message signing Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Proven leadership of Pega teams in delivery-mode environments Deep knowledge of Pega implementation methodology, enterprise class structure, case management, rule resolution Strong API/integration architecture experience (SOAP, JMS, RESTful services) Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Groovy, ESQL, XML/JSON, GIT, YAML Skilled in Visio, Visual Paradigm for conceptual modeling and swimlane diagrams Solid software engineering practices: CI/CD, unit testing, code reviews, debugging tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills Ability to work under pressure, manage expectations, and adapt to evolving environmentsJob Location : Riyad, Saudi Arabia(ref:hirist.tech)
