About The JobYou will lead, engage, develop, retain, and drive sales & service performance for a small international team. You will invest in new colleagues – building confidence and equipping them to perform and succeed whilst monitoring and driving performance of those more experienced. You will be regularly on the frontline leading by example – be it coaching, closing sales or resolving escalating problems on the spot. This includes being an advocate of our evolving digital sales & service tools. You will be constantly aware of your teams performance vs. target. This includes supporting and performance manage them with an extra focus on those under target. Finally - you will support your wider destination in general including the back-office team and you may also support/cover the airport operation as and when required.
