Job Description

Responsibilities:Manage the development and implementation of Future of Work Well-being strategies and initiatives, monitor the effectiveness through employee feedback and insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and issues impacting well-being.Ensure consistent execution of best practices across countries/GBLs/SBUs.Overview data and feedback to highlight potential action points and areas for change, consolidating views from country representatives.Analyze external market data, leading practices, and business trends to drive opportunities supporting employee health and well-being.Assist in scheduling, designing, and delivering communications related to People Well-being initiatives.Measure adoption and communication effectiveness, adjusting as needed and ensuring clarity for stakeholders.Plan group-wide activities and programs, including the annual calendar schedule for Well-being Manage third party relationships for Well-Being, including health professionals, psychologists, employee assistance programs etc.Overview of development and maintenance of Well-Being Hub, including new enhancements, technology, and communications.Stay informed and active on relevant laws, regulations and directives providing data related to well-being (i.e., CSRD, DJSI, URD)Manage global well-being SPOC/ambassadors network. Collaborate with Group Learning and Development on well-being focused topics, trainings and learning resources.Empower teams and employees to actively participate in and practice well-being.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.More than 7 years of relevant experience.Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.Certification in well-being or in psychology is a plus.Proven experience in designing and implementing well-being programs or initiatives within an organization.Strong understanding of well-being principles, mental health, work-life balance, and employee engagement.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others.
