Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.What You'll Do:As a Midweight Designer/Artworker, you have a keen understanding of the specific design demands of both traditional and digital media; you will create the innovative and memorable cross-channel work. The focus of this role is to contribute significantly to the design of branding and campaign creative, which rolls out globally across its expanding portfolio of international sports partnerships.This position requires a passionate and talented pixel-perfect Designer who will create daily design across a wide variety of creative, focusing on artworking. You are fascinated by colour theory, likely have a favourite font, and geek out over composition. To be successful as a Midweight Designer at 160/90, you should bring highly skilled design knowledge and an expert eye for composition and formatting.You are organised, detail-oriented and have a clear understanding of how to turn brand guidelines into engaging visual designs. You’re the kind of person who gets excited and inspired by making things. With fearless creativity, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get work done. Additionally, you’re collaborative and accountable, giving proper attention to the detail of your craft as well as bringing your teammates along in the process. Most of all, we’re looking for a genuinely good human being who we love working with.Working as a key member of the 160/90 design team you’ll be liaising closely with the global project management team as well as the tight knit creative team.You will report into the Senior Designer on a day-to-day operational level, and all creatives report into senior creative leadership team in EMEA.Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:Ensure consistency and efficacy of design throughout all creativeComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPlay a hands-on role in the design of outstanding creative, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment (Creative Directors, Assoc. Creative Directors, Partnerships and Comms teams etc.)Collaborate closely with Design and Creative team by reviewing work to ensure expectations are being met and adherence to brand guidelines Expert level of understanding of fundamental disciplines and design principles such as colour, composition, typography, and attention to detail Drive awareness of industry and visual design trends Receptive to creative feedback and adaptability in creative/design development processExcellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal) and creative problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and presentation skills Maintain existing designs with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines but also remain extremely detail-oriented Work on and possibly lead multiple projects with constantly changing deadlines and often at a high rate of speed Monitor high standards and work collaboratively on new methods and procedures as needed Ensure and develop best practice principles in conjunction with wider team Consistently communicate with project owners regarding project status and challenges Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality Adaptable and ability to learn quickly Offer input and share ideas at creative meetingsYou Will Have The Following Strengths:Design/Artworking experience (In-house or Agency)Design portfolio of obsession-worthy creative workStrong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as presentation applications (Powerpoint/Keynote)Self-driven, eager to learn and goal-oriented Superior sense of type, layout and image compositionExpert knowledge of design trends and best practiceHigh level of accountability, motivation and strong time/project management skillsCompassion, empathy and investment in your team, the organization and the work Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights/weekendsMust be able to work quickly but also remain extremely detail-orientedAbility to integrate feedback with a keen eye for detailTeam player with the ability to work cross-functionally A desire to understand the marketing/advertising industry at large; an ability and a desire to adapt to the changing landscape of technologyStrong work ethic, adaptable to ever-changing hours and demands, with ability to re-focus and develop options for quick changes in projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOutstanding organizational and archiving skillsExceptional interpersonal communication skills- able to navigate and collaborate effectively with teamsEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
