Lead Hand - Saudi Arabia - 4000 SAR (Per Month) Tax-free + travel/accommodation allowance 12 month fixed term contracts with extension possibilitiesA number of Lead Hand opportunities have become available for Saudi Arabia's leading off highway equipment and machine dealer who provides fully integrated construction machinery products and services to both private and public sector customers.Responsible to arrange the correct workflow through a dedicated sub-section in order to maintain and improve the standard time. The role will involve working close with your section Mechanics and assist to troubleshoot problems in the test cells.Principal accountabilities:Assist Service Supervisor to effectively operate the Section.Act as Service Supervisor when the Supervisor is away, or as is required.Assist in the troubleshooting of problems in dedicated Section.Prepare accurate Service quotation after proper evaluation of parts for reusability.Ensure that the repairs undertaken to your substation are carried out to the highest standard.Prepare Parts list using SIS system.Prepare Technical Analysis Reports and Service reports.Maintain good housekeeping.Be willing and capable of passing on skills to trainees under your sub-station, in line with your Section Supervisor and Training Instructor, or be receptive of being trained in coaching and assessing.To apply for this position you should have the following:City & Guilds, ONC and HNC or equivalent required.5-10 years Caterpillar dealership experience, which should include senior level mechanics experience within a service department.Excellent leadership skills.Supervisory experience managing mechanics and helpers.Strong report writing skills.We'd love you to apply for this Lead Hand position, and we're waiting to hear from you.
