Join WSP, and you’ll be at the heart of a team of international experts all dedicated to growing and sharing their expertise and working on projects that transform society for all of us.WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to be part of our ongoing major project in Riyadh.Your new role, what's involved?Ensure assigned projects are being completed within budget and schedule while meeting client requirements and business objectivesLeading the last infrastructure project team to ensure that deliverables are submitted on schedule and are meeting client expectationsEnsuring that the terms of the contract are followed and managing scope changes by effectively delivering project objectivesManage the project team including project managers, architects, engineers, consultants and administrative supportMonitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of projectProvide support to the team to facilitate delivery of the project and its constructionResponsible for overall work progress and technical performance on the projectLead and manage the project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout, consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget and other specified requirements stated in the contractEnsure robust project plans and forecasts are produced and regularly updated RequirementsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldCertified Project Management Professional status or member of equivalent institutionSuccessfully led numerous complex, large scale Project Management Construction Management programmes across a range of Client types and multi-disciplinary teamsPossess 15+ years' experience in delivering fully coordinated, multi-disciplinary Project Management and Construction Management projects in the capacity of Senior Project ManagerDemonstrable experience in successfully delivering a fully coordinated Project Management and Construction Management projects using the latest engineering design and collaboration tools. The ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Project Management and Construction Management projectsProven experience in a Senior Project Manager position on large scale projects (Mosque, Museums, art Galleries etc)What's in it for you?What if we can have work-life balance?
