Job Description

This position will concentrate on creating and supervising the development of advanced tools, taking full responsibility for our digital experiments pipeline, overseeing agency partnerships, and ensuring the enhancement of digital products to elevate retail experiences and explore new possibilities.YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY:Formulating strategic and functional requirements for novel digital products and projects, closely coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with team vision and objectives, orchestrating experiments to delve into strategic areas via new digital products from conception to implementation and analysis of results.Spearheading the development and deployment of innovative tools to support the introduction of new retail experiences, managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are achieved and final deliverables meet quality standards, taking charge of post-launch phases to maintain and optimize digital products, conducting regular assessments, identifying areas for enhancement, and initiating updates or improvements.Collaborating cross-functionally to launch vendor projects, including evaluating vendors for selection, coordinating with external agencies responsible for creating new products for the Open Innovation team, driving new innovation projects with vendor partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and overseeing execution.Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams including retail, marketing, IT, and design to ensure seamless creation, integration, and launch of digital initiatives, closely partnering with retail teams to promote adoption of digital tools across projects, assuming digital responsibilities for cross-team projects requiring digital expertise such as CRM and marketing.Establishing digital KPIs for all team projects, conducting comprehensive analysis of quality and results necessary for product maintenance, enhancement, and experiment reporting, meticulously analyzing and measuring experiment performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, collaborating closely with Intelligence partners to generate insights refining digital strategies, improving user experience, and driving continuous enhancement.YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEAM:You demonstrate clear goal-setting, precise prioritization, and flawless execution, consistently exceeding expectations in demanding environments.Your adept critical thinking shines when confronting complex situations, delivering innovative solutions with impactful outcomes.You thrive in dynamic settings, adapting to shifting priorities while staying focused on primary objectives.You effortlessly connect with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, leveraging superb communication and interpersonal skills to foster robust relationships.You enthusiastically embrace new challenges, inspiring others to join in exploring the frontiers of digital potential.You boast a track record of effectively managing agency partnerships or development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:You bring 7+ years of experience in digital management or innovation leadership roles, preferably in a consumer-oriented environment.A Bachelors degree is essential, with additional certifications in project management or digital/innovation programs highly desirable.Proficiency in digital product development processes, software development lifecycle, and project management methodologies is required. Experience in managing developers or technical teams is advantageous.
