Oversee sales and profit, making informed decisions with an understanding of P&L and commercial impacts, while maintaining excellent customer service. Complete financial reports and stock takes accurately and within deadlines. Meet deadlines, understanding their business impact, and proficiently use systems like Fourth, Vita Mojo, and delivery platforms. Lead actively but allow the team to excel independently. Monitor service quality and consistency, providing coaching and training to employees. Organize team shifts for maximum customer satisfaction, including in-store and delivery services. Offer regular feedback, recognize potential, and encourage career progression. Conduct management meetings and shift briefings for effective communication. Maintain high standards in product quality and food safety.Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in customer service or hospitality within the UAE, including a minimum of 2 years in a comparable role. Strong communication and teamwork abilities, aimed at creating exceptional customer experiences. Leadership qualities with a dynamic and proactive approach to team management.
