Our client is a prestigious provider of real estate managing agent services, and they have a requirement for a Operations Manager to join the team, where you will be required to deliver a high level of excellence and service delivery. Due to the nature of the contract they are seeking applications from individuals who ideally come from a 5-7 star hospitality, butler background or have experience of SMART FM or FM consultancy, candidates will need to have exceptional customer facing, relationship and operational excellence experience. About The RoleThe Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope of services covering a defined region of the account. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a consistent and high-level service delivery by developing an excellent relationship with the internal client and external suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Manager will have the following key tasks:Act as a single point of contact and develop positive relationships with the client for all facilities management services issues in the area of responsibility.Respond to problems and concerns, implementing policy, rules, and regulations.Manage on-site facilities management operation teams.Manage contractual relationships and work with the client's representatives to assure excellent service delivery to client's locations.Support the account management team to monitor and modify the services deliverables.Review and establish procedure playbooks that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered.Manage the effective implementation of health, safety, securityRequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will have:Extensive experience in managing, developing, and upskilling teams in areas such as security, maintenance, cleaning, and front of house.A background in a 5-7 star hotel or Butler service.Exceptional customer-facing and operational experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations.A proven track record in delivering high-quality facilities management services.Bachelors degree in Facilities, Real Estate Management, or equivalent through experiencePrevious operational experience with emphasis on integrated real estate servicesDemonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with excellent MS Office Suite skillsAbility to lead Change Management programmes.Ability to manage multi-million Pound/Dollar budgets.Demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge and/or experience (IOSH minimum)Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceAbility to comprehend, analyse and interpret complex business documents and can respond effectively to highly sensitive issues.Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations Why Join Our Clients Team?By joining our client's team as an Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a prestigious provider of real estate and facilities management services.
