As an Engineer in this field, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing public health and fire protection systems for various projects across different sectors. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with local regulations, optimizing safety measures, and contributing to the overall well-being of communities and infrastructure.Your new role, what's involved?Design and Planning: Develop comprehensive designs and plans for public health and fire protection systems, including plumbing, drainage, water supply, wastewater treatment, fire suppression, and fire detection systems, adhering to applicable codes and standards. Project Management: Oversee the execution of public health and fire protection projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards related to public health and fire protection systems, and ensure all designs and installations comply with the relevant guidelines. Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on public health and fire protection aspects of engineering to project teams, clients, and stakeholders, addressing technical challenges, conducting feasibility studies, and proposing innovative solutions. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments for potential hazards related to public health and fire protection, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize risks. System Testing and Commissioning: Oversee the testing, commissioning, and performance evaluation of public health and fire protection systems, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with performance requirements. Proven experience working as an Engineer specializing in Public Health & Fire Protection. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations, building codes, and safety standards related to public health and fire protection systems. Proficiency in using relevant engineering software, design tools, and analysis techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions. Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
