Proven experience editing feature-length or mid-length documentaries.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or Avid Media Composer.
Strong sense of pacing, structure, and emotional impact in long-form storytelling.
Ability to build tension and engagement while maintaining clarity and narrative flow.
Resourcefulness in working with varied footage and resolving creative or technical challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the director remotely.
Mid-level editing experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant documentary or narrative work.
