We are excited announce that we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the Project Controls Director role. This key role will join our project team who is focused on is delivering a Design Consultancy Airport Project in Saudi Arabia.The Project Control Director will be responsible for the Project Controls function including Reporting, Scheduling, Cost, Change Control and Document Control. Responsibilities will include the following Support the Project Director in the preparation and management of reports, analysis and key communications as required. Develop and lead the process for the aggregation of data at a project level. Develop and lead reporting consistency across the project. Lead the management of producing performance data to support successful delivery. Lead the management of Baseline integrity, through robust change management. Lead the execution of the Project Controls, delivering outcomes in line with expectations of project deliverables, KPIs, operating targets and profitability in order to maximize shareholder value. Support the Project Director in the management of relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external), preparing reports, performance analysis and presentations as required. Take ownership of specific Performance Management KPIs relevant to the role and ensure systems and processes are in place to monitor performance against KPIs. Implement remedial actions to maintain/exceed KPI targets. As part of the senior project team, contribute to the on-going development of the organization and the creation of opportunities for efficiency/value enhancement. Liaise with stakeholders to develop processes and procedures for capture, reporting and performance management.Here’s What You’ll NeedWe are seeking a qualified professional capable of providing planning, leadership, direction, and technical expertise to manage complex tasks in multi-discipline project environment. In-depth knowledge of Project Controls as applied in a major Design Consultancy project setting is required. Exposure to an aviation related project will be highly regarded. You will be degree qualified in project management, engineering, business, or a management related discipline. Project Controls experience in a Design Consultancy project setting is preferred. Having Project Controls experience on large infrastructure design projects desirable e.g., aviation, rail, metro, expressways, utilities, real estate. Expertise in the leadership and influence of high performing project teams. Ability to organize and priorities a demanding workload to meet tight deadlines. Excellent IT knowledge. Literate in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook. Excellent Systems knowledge e.g., Oracle, Power BI, Share Point, P6 Primavera, scheduling tools, doc management systems etc. Understand or awareness of risk management applications Predict! At Risk etc. Regional experience preferred. Aviation experience is desirable.Jacobs.
