Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering (required)
Master’s degree in Systems or Support Engineering (preferred)
Experience
10+ years in aerospace, UAV, or defense sectors
Experience in product integration, lifecycle sustainment, and ILS implementation
Knowledge of MIL-STD-1388, DEF-STAN, or GEIA-STD-0007 standards
Technical Tools
Systems & PLM tools: DOORS, Teamcenter, Windchill
Support analysis: FMECA, RCM, MTA, LORA
Reliability modeling: Relex, Reliasoft
Technical publications: S1000D standards
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
Ideal Attributes
Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented and structured, with a systems-thinking mindset
