Drive growth and optimize CRM system for sales success as part of the Sales and Business Development team. Key Responsibilities:CRM Management: Ensure CRM system is organized and follow-ups are timely.Sales Strategy: Support sales targets, organize webinars, and manage event calendars.Policy Development & Social Media: Update sales manuals and engage on social media to enhance brand visibility.Additional Duties: Include maintaining legal integrity, content creation, marketing strategy refinement, clear communication, newsletter updates, and managing partnerships and lead responses.
