Come and grow yourself and, in turn, help us to grow a world of wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Shopper & Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for the following:Following day-to-day operations across Customers & Channels, specifically Modern tradeBudget planning and tracking for channels and customers in MTEnsuring channel and sub-channel profitabilityCreating monthly promotions tailored to each channel and campaign levelPreparing, monitoring, and analyzing market activationPlanning monthly visits to distributors and markets across all regions, with a balance of 50% market visits and 50% office workEnsuring that all activities and promotions sent to the sales team at the beginning of the month are active and functioning properly across the targeted channelsMonitoring competitors' market prices and trade prices compared to our own prices across all sales channels and categoriesBeing present on ground during campaigns to monitor and observe campaign performance against the desired criteriaTracking sales channels' performance in relation to activities and promotionsTaking responsibility for SKUs and channel forecastsOverseeing all trade plans for launches and re-launchesAssisting the channel lead in implementing annual plans across channels through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processSkills & Experience:The Shopper & Customer Marketing Specialist role should possess the following skills and experience:At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Trade Marketing or MT (Modern Trade), in the FMCG industryAn entrepreneurial growth mindsetStrong communication and ability to build strong relationships at all levelsDemonstrate organization skills, tasks prioritization & multi-taskingProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
