Job Purpose: Supports Company performance from operations planning, product costing and OpEx to realization, ensuring planning, accurate data analysis, reporting and information support for analytical use by all stakeholders (e.g. site leaders, BU leaders, SBU, Corporate, etc.)Plans, designs and conducts analysis to aid in the interpretation of cost relationships from the study of market trends and in solution of problems arising from production and distribution of MTBE and Polypropylene.Formulates recommendations and insures implementation of policies or plans to insure consistent effective commercial decision‐making and to aid in the interpretation of market behavior and solution of cost related problems. Key Accountabilities: Participates in operation planning activities through daily production planning, sales planning and feedstock and utilities requirement through implementation, communication and administration of section objectives on both a short & long‐term basis.Participates in improvement in operational performance and profitability through available data & information for predictive analysisReview the long‐term needs and availability of all the major feedstock and alternative actions. Periodically engage with the feedstock suppliers to evaluate the trends.Monitor material price changes that impact Variable Costs including but not limited to catalyst chemicals and additivesMonitor capacity capability and manufacturing process that includes but not limited to product warehouse, production stages, and input capacityExecute tasks systematically on SAP PP & MM ModulesMonitor Complex and departmental fixed cost and Variable manufacturing cost controlSupport entire benchmarking activities from study until execution of recommended actionsPerform sales analysis to ensure maximum company profitabilityUtilize financial, business, logistics, decision analysis and other models including data analytics and predictive analysis to support business decisions at site, SBU, and corporate level. Develop specific models using spreadsheet to solve problems.Understand the costing structure of all productsSupport business decisions at site, SBU, and corporate level through modeling, data analytics and predictive analysisLead month end closing activities for financial closing. Lead product costing, inventory valuation and all management‐reporting requirement.Support BOM accuracy through engagement with PED and Operations Teams.Support Cost evaluation & master data coordination for new product / gradesMonitor variable manufacturing cost, with ability to explain variance for each level of costTrack Product Movement KPIs through tracking and analyzing inputs and outputs to generate a leakage reportMAN preparation for MTBE and PP Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Minimum 4 years of experience with excellent business planning & costing background & experience, preferably in PetrochemicalsPrevious experience Manufacturing finance, Costing related and Project Management is an added advantageExperience of preparing and delivering management presentation and business case We are proud to be a diverse and an equal opportunity employer.
