This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, content creation, and project management, as well as a deep understanding of the creative process and a knack for bringing ideas to life.Responsibilities:Lead the production process for content creation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination of production teams and resources.Oversee all aspects of production, including location scouting, casting, wardrobe, set design, equipment rental, filming, editing, and post-production, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage production timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, and proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.Work closely with the content development team to review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, rough cuts, and final edits, and ensure that content meets brand guidelines, creative vision, and audience expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of content into marketing campaigns, social media channels, and other promotional initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production and content creation, and leverage insights to inform production strategies, drive innovation, and enhance the quality and impact of Alfan's content.Manage relationships with external vendors, production partners, and freelancers, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and rates to ensure cost-effective and efficient production operations.Monitor production budgets, track expenses, and reconcile invoices to ensure projects are completed within budget and financial goals are met.Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills, grow professionally, and deliver their best work.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in video production, content creation, or related field, with a proven track record of managing creative projects from concept to completion.Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex production workflows and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in video production tools and software, including cameras, lighting equipment, audio recording devices, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, content creators, and external partners to achieve common goals.Creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and innovation, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling and engaging video content.Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of production.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
