They are involved in managing social media channels, developing content pieces and calendars, initiating and executing campaigns, conducting trend research, delivering reports and exceptional community management. We’re looking someone who enjoys a challenge and a fast paced ever changing environment as well as working on a variety of clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing a social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.Cover live activations on social mediaHandle social media presence, from community management to working with the creative team to produce engaging content.Provide advice and suggestions for improving client engagement and following.Conceptualize and run social media campaigns, contests and execute gamification ideas.Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and drive audience engagement.Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Manage clients day to day requests on content creation whilst ensuring everything is put in place to organize the months ahead.Find opportunities with clients where we can add value to our clients.Support the new business team on new business pitches in terms of research and auditing potential clients and their competitors.Your ProfileA years experience (preferably in agency)Bi-lingual (Arabic preferred)Degree in Marketing or any related fieldAbility to project manage, multitask and constantly deliver a high standard of work.Problem solving skills, with the ability to proactively produce solutionsPassionate about all things social media, up to date with social trends with an edge for creative copyWhy Incubeta?We’re An Award Winning Digital Marketing Agency That Supports Ambitious, Globally Recognized Partners With Robust Solutions In Line With Their Digital Marketing Objectives.
