ResponsibilitiesJob Description: Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client's needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs asRequirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) , is preferred`Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
