The opportunity.

We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our growing team, in this role you will be responsible for driving excellence through high standards on customer accounts. You will be given every opportunity to grow and learn in your role, as you manage:

  • Blue Prism Support: Provide end-to-end support for Blue Prism implementations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of RPA bots within a telecommunications environment.
  • Incident Management: Efficiently identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to RPA processes and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyse RPA system performance to recommend improvements or enhancements, driving higher efficiency and effectiveness in automation efforts.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain thorough documentation of all RPA configurations, changes, and enhancements. Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific policies and protocols.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and implementation phases of Blue Prism projects, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice and technical leadership to both the client and internal teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in supporting and implementing Blue Prism RPA solutions, ideally within the telecommunications sector.
  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and principles, with a focus on Blue Prism’s digital workforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift pattern, accommodating various time zones and operational demands.
  • Relevant certifications in Blue Prism and RPA technologies are highly desirable.
