Expedia Partner Solutions leverages the best of the Expedia Group’s partner-facing APIs and template products with a laser focus on B2B, powering hundreds of partners around the world. As the Expedia Group’s partner-focused arm, EPS’ mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth. EPS partners with businesses across a wide range of verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers who remarket EPS rates and availabilities to their travellers.What You'll DoGrow and manage a portfolio of existing and new EPS partners across India and Middle EastAccount ownership of partner relationships post-launch with clear profitability/revenue targets and the identification and development of incremental revenue opportunities.Management of a mix of partners from multiple segment with clear profitability/revenue targets.Build effective client relationships and lead complex commercial negotiationsInfluence the decision making of both internal and external stakeholders through formal and informal negotiations / discussionsTravel regularly and meet partners face-to-face. Travel requirements are both domestic and international.Who You AreProficient in Hindi and Urdu with an ability to communicate with partners at a professional level, Arabic is desirableStrong understanding of hotel b2b distribution in India and Middle East regions.Strong relationship / communication skills; required as role is client facing, involving client contact in negotiation and in ongoing partner contact.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.Experience working in online travel/commerce/retailing/portals, a plus.Technical Project Management experience, a plus.A good understanding of the internet technologies used in the travel industry, a plusExtensive ecommerce experience and familiarity with ecommerce / e-marketing metrics and their management is highly desirable.
