Front-end Developer (ReactJS & React Native Specialist)

For on-site roles, candidates must already reside in the UAE.Key responsibilitiesLead front-end delivery across ReactJS and React Native projects; shape component architecture and UI implementation.Translate Figma designs and UX flows into responsive, WCAG-compliant, pixel-accurate interfaces.Build complex features and reusable libraries/components (hooks, state management, routing, data fetching).Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs; handle auth flows, error/empty states, and optimistic updates.Establish and uphold front-end best practices (code style, component composition, state conventions, performance budgets).Contribute to and maintain design systems and documentation (e.g., Storybook, component guidelines) for consistency and reuse.Optimize for performance and Core Web Vitals (bundle splitting, lazy loading, memoization, caching) across browsers/devices.Ensure quality with automated testing (unit, integration, visual regression), robust debugging, code reviews, and pair programming.Support CI/CD for web/mobile builds and contribute to client-side monitoring/observability for errors and performance.Collaborate closely with design, backend, product, and QA; ensure technical feasibility, communicate risks/dependencies, and own delivery from concept to post-launch.Required qualifications4–5+ years of professional front-end development experience with a focus on React specifically NextJS. BS/MS in Computer Science or related preferred.Strong emphasis on modern web technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and responsive design.Deep React and NextJS expertise: functional components, hooks, context, suspense, and common patterns for composition and side effects.State management experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar; data fetching with RTK Query, SWR, or React Query.Proficiency with Next.js or equivalent SSR/SSG frameworks; familiarity with routing, API routes, and incremental static regeneration a plus.Styling approaches: CSS Modules, Sass, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components; familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g., MUI, Chakra).Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end tools (Playwright/Cypress); experience with Storybook for component development.Performance and accessibility: Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals optimization, a11y tooling (axe), semantic HTML, ARIA best practices.API integration and security basics: REST/GraphQL, authentication/authorization flows (OAuth/OIDC), input validation, and protection against common web vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF).Familiarity with analytics tagging, SEO for SPAs/SSR, internationalization, and PWA fundamentals (service workers, caching strategies).Strong communication skills; ability to estimate, plan, and deliver to deadlines while collaborating across design, product, and backend teams.
