Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections of electrical installations including substations, lighting, power distribution, cabling, and grounding systems.
Ensure that all electrical work is carried out as per approved drawings, standards, and project specifications.
Monitor and verify installation methods, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Review and verify method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve technical issues on-site.
Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and progress reports.
Assist in testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper documentation.
Participate in site coordination and progress meetings with contractors and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Saudi National (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical inspection, preferably in infrastructure projects.
Prior experience working with a Project Management Consultant (PMC) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Saudi electrical codes, SEC standards, and international regulations.
Good understanding of electrical systems used in infrastructure projects (e.g., street lighting, utility networks).
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
