We learn from each other, we win collectively.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning & Development Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with our business objectives and employee growth needs.Design and implement organization-wide learning and development programs that support our company's strategic goals and enhance employee performanceConduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutionsDevelop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics including leadership development, technical skills, and complianceUtilize diverse learning methodologies and technologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences, including e-learning modules and experiential learning opportunitiesCollaborate with department heads and team leaders to assess performance gaps and develop customized training programsEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metricsContinuously improve training offerings to enhance learning outcomes and stay current with industry trendsAct as a mentor and coach to support the professional growth of employees at all levels within the organizationManage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate records of all training activitiesPartner with external training providers and industry organizations to source relevant training resources and opportunitiesDevelop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training programsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within Learning & Development or a similar fieldBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferredProven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive L&D strategies and programsStrong knowledge of various learning methodologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and experiential learningExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)Experience in conducting needs assessments and creating targeted training solutionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create improvement strategiesInnovative and creative thinking with a results-oriented approachExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAdaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesCertification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) is a plusAdditional InformationAt Accor, we are committed to diversity.
