We are currently recruiting for a Senior Officer – Group Insurance to join our Commercial Management team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. Scope: The Senior Officer – Group Insurance’s primary function is to assistant the Manager – Group insurance with the improvement, and protection and reducing the risk exposure to Transguard’s people, equipment, assets, and property while delivering our service to Transguard’s Clients. Thy will support the manager in the day-to-day claim management by collecting document, tracking process, calculating claims ratios and flagging high claim BUs, policies, etc.. Responsibilities: Financial Support and manage our insurance portfolio.Assist departments on loss incidents to protect their bottom line by recovering the losses through insurance.Contribute to BU’s contract profitability.Claims support/ Management (Motor, infidelity, liability, WC and other).Review the incidents and advise the team if it qualifies for insurance claim.Commercial insurance invoice recon and PR process /tracking. Customer Support the team on data collection for insurance renewal and support on insurance renewals.Support/ assistance on day to days insurance queries.Support Procurement team on supplier review and selection.Arrange insurance certificates as per business requirement (adhoc, additional insured, MBD/CPM, etc).Register qualifying incident with insurer for insurance claims.Coordinate with stakeholders for arranging insurance survey.Review final settlement amount and claim calculations.For rejected claims, explain to stakeholders when their claim is not covered.Arrange data/details/ insurer report for internal reporting.Provide support on home country treatment approval.Assist in resolving network related issues for medical insurances.Negotiate with insurer to add/ delete network provides (medical / vehicle).Raise request for internal approval and signature of documents.Support on smooth running of the insurance function in the organization.Support internal and external clients on insurance and claims related queries.Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues.Support internal team with insurance training requirements. ProcessReview and reconcile commercial insurance policy data and details.Support on annual policy set up after renewal confirmation. Reviewing the renewed policy document.Manage policy amendments during the policy period (addition/ deletion/modification).Review contract clauses and support with insurance certificate requirement.Collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim.Monthly vehicle fleet data reconciliation.Provide comparison and suggestions on different medical plan. InnovationDevelop dashboards to have better visibility/insights.Develop new templates for additions/deletions to simplify the processTrack and manage claims from incident to settlement. Monitor the status of the claims, and provide updates.Support on maintaining and updating claims dashboard. Selection Criteria3-5 years of experience in a similar insurance fieldInsurance certification is desiredMicrosoft Office – particularly Word, Excel and Power BIKnowledge to different insurance T&Cs and claims processes
