Assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring a smooth customer experience.FulfillmentManage the order fulfillment process for accuracy and timeliness.Optimize shipping, handling, and returns to enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor and improve fulfillment performance metrics.Collaborate with logistics for cost-effective shipping.Supply Chain ManagementOversee procurement, inventory, and distribution.Develop strategies to ensure product availability and reduce costs.Maintain quality and timely delivery with suppliers.Implement systems for accurate inventory tracking and demand forecasting.Regularly analyze performance data from various e-commerce platforms to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory management.Data Analysis and ReportingAnalyze e-commerce operation data to identify trends and performance metrics.Monitor KPIs like sales trends and inventory turnover.Generate reports for operational insights and financial metrics.Use data insights to improve operational efficiency and drive growth.QUALIFICATIONS:2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, business analytics, or a related field.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Strong organizational and project management skills.Experience with retail and marketplaces (Amazon, Mumzworld...etc) is a plus.Excellent communicationA passion for e-commerce and a continuous improvement mindset.To apply for the E-commerce Operations Analyst position at MonkiBox, click here: https://monkibox.typeform.com/to/EORYHajb
