Job Responsibilities and Duties
Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing department strategies.
Implement department’s annual operation plan, and KPIs to ensure business continuity and achieve department’s target and company’s strategic objectives.
Assess and evaluate risks by undertaking appropriate research.
Carry out detailed site surveys, as well as writing and proofreading reports for underwriters.
Make sure all insured locations that require survey reports are being surveyed and updated.
Provide advice to clients and make recommendations to underwriters about required improvements.
Maintain awareness of changes in legislation and trading processes.
Allocate quality grades to the client once improvements have been completed.
Develop the business and maintain the professional reputation of Wataniya with brokers and clients.
Advise clients on-site and discuss opportunities and requirements to reduce the risk of future insurance claims.
following-up with the insured and agent partners to ensure that they comply with the risk improvement recommendations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Proactively scope the technical solution required to address client’s requirements, assesses clients met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the client and Wataniya.
Work with management to implement changes that will ensure maximum efficiency and quality while minimizing cost.
Ensure that all documents provided by clients are valid, legal, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Carry out fieldwork as needed.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the Risk Engineering / Technical Manager.
Administer and monitor Risk Engineering rules and guidelines, legal requirement and regulations.
Respond to technical queries from different channels or refer them to the higher technical level.
Arrange to generate necessary reports on timely and professional manner when required.
Maintain timely service goals outlined in the Risk Engineering service standards of the Company.

Job Requirements
Candidates should have experience in risk assessment and management, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
A background in the insurance industry is preferred.
