Senior Project Manager – Tower Infrastructure/Network/WirelessLocation: Riyadh, KSAPosition ObjectivesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of turnkey telco tower infrastructure projects for wireless deployments in the Middle East, ensuring timely completion, high-quality outcomes, and compliance with civil and electromagnetic standards.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to integrate civil construction, electromagnetic assessments, and turnkey solutions, driving efficiency and exceeding customer expectations.Job Description & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute project plans for turnkey telco towers, covering site surveys, acquisition, civil construction, electromagnetic assessments, electrical installations, and network integration.Lead multidisciplinary teams (civil engineers, electromagnetic specialists) to align with client needs, delivering projects on schedule and within scope.Act as primary contact for clients, vendors, and regulators in the Middle East, building relationships and resolving civil/electromagnetic issues.Manage vendor negotiations and contracts for turnkey resources, including civil works and electromagnetic testing.Represent the team in meetings and audits, addressing concerns on civil integrity, electromagnetic compliance, and timelines for high satisfaction.Improve processes by refining workflows and tools, incorporating civil simulations and electromagnetic modelling for better efficiency.Coordinate with operations and quality teams for smooth handover, including civil inspections and electromagnetic certifications.Mentor cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and achieve turnkey project success.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Deliver turnkey projects on time, within budget, with zero defects in civil structures and electromagnetic compliance.Achieve high client satisfaction (e.g., NPS > 90%) via effective management and communication on milestones.Optimize processes to reduce delivery timelines by 15% and ensure 100% electromagnetic regulatory compliance.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Telecommunications); Master’s in related field a plus.10+ years as Senior Project Manager in turnkey wireless/telco tower projects, with Middle East/international experience.Expertise in turnkey solutions: Managing end-to-end deployments from design to commissioning.Proficiency in tower rollouts: Site surveys, civil construction (foundations, structures), electromagnetic assessments (RF modeling, antenna integration).Strong civil engineering skills: Geotechnical analysis, structural design, compliance with Middle East codes.Electromagnetic expertise: EMF simulations, radiation assessments, adherence to ICNIRP/FCC standards.Native Arabic speaker preferred; fluent English for technical communication.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, HFSS.Leadership, teamwork, and optimization skills in fast-paced environments focused on quality and sustainability.
