The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of social media best practices, superb content strategy skills, and the ability to create engaging visuals and videos that align with our brand's voice. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, fostering a positive online community, and meticulously tracking KPIs to demonstrate success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our e-learning platform.Craft compelling copy and design visually appealing posts in various formats (images, videos, carousels, etc.) using Canva and other relevant design tools.Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant social media posts.Actively monitor and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and responsive online community.Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools. Regularly report on KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.Keep updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Social Media Specialist or related role, with a demonstrable track record of success.In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, etc.) and their unique audiences.Strong proficiency in Canva, demonstrating the ability to create visually appealing posts and short videos.Excellent understanding of content strategy development and how to tailor content to different social platforms and target audiences.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience.Analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics, interpret data, and insights to guide strategy improvement.Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive and educational writing.Meticulous eyes for detail to ensure consistently high-quality social content and brand representation.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content teams.Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and evolving social media landscapes.This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about leveraging social media to build community, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement in the dynamic field of eLearning.
