Jump on Board and Unlock your Potential in a Buzzing Environment that will take your Career to New Heights!What We’re Looking ForA proven track record of 5-10 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVEs award-winning Service Quality. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively. Remarkable experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management is preferred. Proven track record in Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets, compiling revenue proposals, and forecasting. Extensive Knowledge of hotel, leisure, and service sector. Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights. FIVE-Styled’ Visionary thinking by finding creative solutions, while taking Ownership for all duties and tasks assigned. Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’ Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus). A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit. Key ResponsibilitiesSpearheads the effective Operational Management of FIVE, striving for Heads of Departments to surpass Revenue and Guest satisfaction targets. Enhances operational efficiency and boosts departmental profits with a Boundary-Breaking approach to managing FIVE’s overall operations. Contributes to the Development of Hotel Budgets and establishes short- and long-term Strategic Goals that reflect FIVE’s Visionary Approach. Concentrates on Revenue Growth and Optimises the financial performance of all Departments, employing a Meticulous review of reports and financial statements against FIVE’s exacting budget targets. Collaborates closely with the General Manager to actively address Key property issues and ensures Guests are treated to Exquisite Experiences throughout their stay. Regularly engages with Guests, cultivating Exceptional Guest Relations to gather feedback on the Quality of their experience, service levels, and overall satisfaction. Assumes a Leadership Role in operations, implementing Seamless processes to deliver the FIVE-Star’ Standard to every facet of Guests’ Experience. Nurtures and develops Heads of Department, ensuring Career Progression and effective succession planning within FIVE, fostering a Best-in-Class Workplace Culture.
