As an Interior Architect, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically interior spaces that meet our clients' needs and enhance their overall experience. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create innovative and sustainable interior solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and interior design, and excellent technical skills.Design ManagementLead the design development process from concept to completion.review detailed drawings and specification documents for design projects.Manage work-in-progress (WIP) reports.Ensure all designers comply with the Design guidelines, local regulations and building codes.Review the cost for design projects.Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.Review work of junior staff members to ensure accuracy.Policies, Systems, Processes, and ProceduresFollow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Health, Safety, Security and EnvironmentApply health, safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.Continuous ImprovementContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the functional systems,processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, costreduction and productivity improvementQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.13 years experience as an Interior Design Architect or a similar role in GCC.Extensive experience in hospitality and branded residence projects.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent spatial planning and problem-solving skills.Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications.Strong communication and presentation skills.Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinking and a passion for design.
