Cash Application Specialist: Dammam

Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Generating, monitoring, and recording Bank statements on daily basis.Review, interpret and discuss remittances from clients for data accuracy.Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.Ensure accuracy of cash postings by contacting related Credit and Collection and other related personnel.Interface with the Credit and Collections function, Account Managers and Branch Managers to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies.Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner to include updating information, purging files on a regular basis, and creating new filing systems as needed.Identify issues with billing, pricing, or other customer service areas.Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirement.Qualifications/ ExperienceDiploma in Finance or Accounting preferred.English proficiency is a MUST.Prior experience in accounts receivable and cash applications (2-5 years)Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.Superb written and verbal communications skills.Computer SkillsAll Microsoft-related applicationsJ.D.
