Job Description And QualificationsMEP SupervisorLocation Neom Power Grid project site Company accommodation Responsibilities Review subcontractors’ agreements and scopes of work. Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures to ensure the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specifications. Manage the submission of and review subcontractors’ submittals for compliance and coordination with project requirements. Lead design professionals and subcontractors in the development of coordinated MEPS shop drawing documents. Resolve all clash detections identified by the development of the coordination documents. Develop and implement work schedules identifying the critical path including the expediting of scheduled critical materials and equipment for their timely delivery to site. Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, direct labor and material. Collaborate with public utility suppliers to obtain final service connections in compliance with determined project schedule delivery date and system startups. Obtain all necessary permits for temporary use and construction purposes. Coordinate as required the activities of inspection agencies. Achieve all required MEPS and electromechanical jurisdictional inspections. Assist in the preparation and compilation of periodic construction progress reports. Review and approve subcontractor work in place percentages. Oversee all required levels of commissioning. Manage MEP project closeout, ensuring all requirements are met. Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required. Essential Qualifications, Experience And Skills At least 10 years relevant site-based experience in a MEP Construction Team Player Strong communicator written and oral Organised, methodical and diligent Strong Microsoft software skills Able to utilize knowledge, experience and good judgment to weightings of the ongoing activities and proactive to find out the opportunities and use to the favour of the project. Desirable Qualifications, Experience And Skills Degree level Mechanical engineering qualification Experience of working on remote based construction sites in remote Middle East locations Working Hours 6 days/ week, 10hrs/day on site, excluding travel time between accommodation and site.
