Site Foreman (Transformers)

Job description: Responsibilities •    Preparation of the activities schedule for each site in discussion with the Production Manager or Site In charge. •    Manpower planning and material planning for the each site based on the requirements in consultation with the Production Manager.•    Supervision of the site activities and ensuring the timely completion of the erection, repair or overhauling activities of Power and Distribution transformer at site •    Perform the vacuum, oil filling and filtration of the transformers as and when required.•    Co-ordination with the Marketing, planning departments and customers for the completion of necessary procedures of the gate pass for the access of equipments and personnel’s to site for timely work completion•    Ensuring the timely completion of the site works as per the planned activities •    Oil sampling for the purpose of conducting Oil tests  Key Requirements Qualifications:   Diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in Transformer service.Minimum Experience: Minimum 4-7 years experience in this field.Generic Skills: Interpersonal Skill, Self Motivated, A Good Team Player, Leadership Skills  Profile description:Since 1976, we've been growing and diversifying our business to consistently meet the evolving needs of our world.
