Viatris targets to continuously enhance its omnichannel ecosystem and we need team members who will govern these channels including, but not limited to, Portal for Health Care Professionals, e-mail marketing platform, and Data Hub for profile and consent records, ensuring business continuity and continuous improvement of service model and processes.


Digital Channel Enablement Senior Associate will work as a member of Business Excellence team in Egypt.


Digital Channel Enablement Senior Associate will be expected to manage data pipeline operations including management of data sources, ingestion components (read processes), transformation functions (filtering, cleansing, etc.), and destination management (data lake operations) to ensure data readiness for the new channels or enhancements for the existing channels.


Key responsibilities for this role include:


  • Support data alignment processes
  • Determine methods for quality data collection
  • Ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data
  • Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
  • Implement effective and secure procedures for data processing
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain underlying data lake infrastructure
  • Deliver well-architected data pipelines to project stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company standards
  • Extract reports and data when needed
  • Govern data operations and data model changes

The minimum qualifications for this role are:


  • Graduated from reputable universities with a related bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Experience in building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
  • Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Knowledge in Technology such as C#, VSTO, SharePoint, SAS, Power BI, MEAN Stack are a big plus
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
  • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage people and foster teamwork
  • Strong project management, change management and organizational skills.
