Senior CRM Specialist



Remote Egypt Egypt Office Full time

Description



Design, configure, and customize CRM systems to meet the organization's sales, marketing, and customer service needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into CRM system functionalities. Create and manage CRM workflows, data structures, and rules to ensure data integrity and efficient processes. Develop and deploy CRM reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams. Engage with end-users to provide training, user support, and troubleshooting assistance for CRM system usage. Implement and oversee data migration and integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM system and other systems. Monitor and analyze CRM data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM processes and workflows, driving efficiency and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously enhance the CRM system's capabilities. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive customer information. Participate in CRM system evaluations, upgrades, and enhancements, providing valuable insights and recommendations. Maintain documentation on CRM system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Information Systems. Minimum 5 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a senior role. Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot. Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Experience in configuring and customizing CRM systems, including workflows, data structures, and rules. Proficient in creating reports and dashboards using CRM analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in data migration, integration, and system testing. Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in securing customer data. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Must have :DotNet Core 8 & Framework/ C#/ SQL Server/ ORM ( EFCore - Dapper )/ JWT* Good to have : Design Pattern/ Software Architecture like ( Microservices )/ Logging/ ApiGateways/ Caching ( Memory - Distributed )/ Message Queue/ Background Jobs/ Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
