Position Overview

The Senior Events and PR Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and public relations activities for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Events and PR Supervisor will work closely with various internal teams, external vendors, and media outlets to ensure the successful execution of events and PR campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive Events & PR strategies to promote our company's products, services, and brand image
• Set yearly events calendar which includes local and global events to be attended by the RTG team 
• Approach local and international events to secure speaking opportunities for RTG & participate in top tech events 
• Handle partnerships with events, summits & conferences while working with different RTG teams on event branding & material 
• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as product launches, conferences, trade shows, and seminars to showcase our company's offerings and thought leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage and build positive media partnerships.
• Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages to the media and public.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals across all PR and event activities.
