Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. Position Overview


The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


What you’ll be doing


  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Plan, create, and optimize engaging content across various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and video, for brand awareness and lead generation 
  • Manage all aspects of content production, from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and objectives.
  • Manage freelancers & content creators and supervise production and content execution 
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Develop brand assets such as company websites, profiles, and sales material.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to expand our reach and enhance our brand presence in the digital landscape.
