OverviewThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for all Landscape SBU’s sales and market share growth in the KSA. Responsibilities include the development & implementation of a strategic plan, sales plan, business development, and Strategic Accounts Management. Area Sales Managers work with the team on ground within a geographic territory and measured on revenue production and market share improvement. The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively, and must be technically competent, a sound presenter, results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and ideally will have Irrigation industry experience. This person will operate as a partner and consultant for customers by developing a thorough understanding of their business and of the industry so that they can identify their needs and recommend the Rain Bird solutions that meet those needs. Customers include Strategic Accounts, contractors, architects, specifiers, dealers, consultants.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and Managing Strategic Accounts in Saudi ArabiaGrowing product sales ahead of the market,Growing the brand and market presence and increase the market share of Rain Bird.Identifying and developing new business opportunities, Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Conclusion Makers, Influencers and Specifiers.Manage the required sales activities, workshops, training, marketing, and promotions for the Strategic Accounts.Minimum Qualifications:Five years’ experience in sales, specification, or marketing,BA or BS degree or similar qualificationAbility to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form,Proactive, self-driven person who achieves results both individually, and through team leadership,Strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, from a wide range of business functions,An person who values attention to detail, is committed to quality, and strives to deliver beyond expectations.Willingness to accept new challenges, and a strong desire to grow within the organization, Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)Desired Qualifications:MBAMechanical / Electrical / Irrigation / Agriculture EngineeringIrrigation experience (including design and installation)Experience in working within a multinational organization. Irrigation Industry experience within this territoryP&L Experience
