Job Description

General DescriptionTo lead and oversee the sales team at the NBCC Center, ensuring the effective promotion and sale of oncology-related products and services. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for meeting sales targets, mentoring sales representatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide the sales team, ensuring they meet their individual targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase sales and market share in the oncology sector.Provide training and support to sales representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales skills.Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and the introduction of new products/services.Prepare and review sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.Handle complex customer complaints or issues that escalate beyond the sales representative level.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.Work Experience Requirements5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the oncology or pharmaceutical sector.Required Skills And TrainingDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Strong business acumen and industry expertise.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
