Black & Grey HR is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Manager (Lighting) for our client, a fast growing company in eco-friendly and energy-saving lighting solutions. This role is pivotal for our client's expansion, coinciding with the launch of a new manufacturing line in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in lighting solutions, ready to drive growth across the KSA market.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to introduce the company's lighting solutions to clients, contractors, and end users across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and secure lighting project opportunities, focusing on project sales.
- Perform market research, analyze competitor offerings, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to ascertain lighting requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare project quotations and proposals, and negotiate with customers to secure orders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure order processing and delivery meets customer expectations.
- Provide insights on competitor products and contribute to vendor registration processes.
- Ensure smooth execution of projects by coordinating with the project management team.
Requirements- Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the Saudi market.
- Proven track record in project sales within the lighting industry.
- Extensive knowledge of lighting products and technologies.
- Established relationships with key suppliers, contractors, consultants, and designers in the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driving License. Ready to travel extensively for Business
