Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS"Job DescriptionExceeds personal sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basisSolicits wholesale and tour series business through action plan preparation and executionIndependently responsible for achievement of objectives, as outlined in the action plansIdentifies key prospects based on hotel goals and achieve specific conversion goalsActively supports the goals of the team and recommends revenue producing activities and ways to implementAs directed, participates in tradeshows, road shows and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizationsMaintains positive relationships with all guests, tour operators, colleagues and global sales networkDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and achieve profitability goalsCreate annual sales plans in collaboration with the Director of Sales, setting targets and quotas for each account managerMonitor individual and team performance against targets, providing feedback and coaching regularly to ensure successAttend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential customersServe as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfactionPrepare reports on sales activity and pipeline progress for upper managementStay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordinglyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.Flexibility to travel as required.
